Introduction to seed therapy: –

Plants get their life from seeds. This demonstrates the massive amount of energy that is present in them in a dormant state. Through the mechanism of energy respiration, this latent energy is constantly exchanged with the environment, and this seed as a source of life can improve the health of other living species.

This form of seed therapy was originally introduced in 1988 by Professor Park Jae Woo, a year after the Korean Sujok therapy was introduced. Since then, it has been used widely and effectively for improving health. Positive changes in illness take place through application of seeds to the painful points of the body.

How do seeds work: –

The biological waves emitted during the vital activity of seeds stimulate the active sites, filling them with life force while also absorbing their pathogenic energy. Seeds of various plants differ in their properties, each of them having its distinctive features. So while selecting seeds along with the color and shape of the seed, the properties of plants that grow from them should also be taken into account.

Seed therapy is one of the unique techniques as it permits to harmonization biological processes in the human organism possessing Hetero characteristics for the use of live seeds of plants having Homo properties.

Seed therapy and correspondence: –

Stimulation of therapeutic points and correspondence areas can be made with the help of needles, massagers, and other artificial stimulators. But of special interest is the use of various parts of plants – needles, leaves, petals, grafts, and especially seeds (fruit). The impact of natural materials on a living organism, by the principle of similarity, should be more effective, as the information about the human body is embodied in the systems of correspondence, while seeds of plants contain information about the properties of plants. Seeds and other parts of plants can be applied to the areas corresponding to the affected organs and parts of the body. As a rule, the most painful points are selected. If a correspondence area is small enough (for example, correspondence to the eyes, ears, nose, etc), a single seed can be used.

Application: –

If a seed is correctly put on the point of correspondence, on pressing it over, the pain should be felt which may be accompanied by a locomotor response. Besides the application of single seeds to the painful correspondence points, the whole area corresponding to the region can be covered with seeds. The application of seeds can last from several hours to a day, and if stimulation is still required, they should be replaced by new ones. Apart from this, seeds can also be used as massagers. Seeds of similar shape to the corresponding organs can be used for the regulation of morbid processes in internal organs. For example, to help with eye diseases, black pepper can be used, for kidney diseases, seeds of kidney beans can be used, etc. Along with the seeds of similar shape, plants of similar properties can also be utilized. Chronic diseases can be better treated by seeds that are lying in a state of rest while acute ones, are by seeds in a state of activity (germinating). Since seeds contain information about the entire plant, one should use knowledge about its medicinal properties as well. For example, the application of watermelon melon, melon, and parsley seeds to the areas corresponding to the kidneys, increases the anti-inflammatory effects. The application of Hawthorn seeds to the areas corresponding to the heart helps get rid of functional cardiac disorders and mild forms of arrhythmia. Taking into account the shape, color, size, and taste of seeds odor of flowers, and fruits of the plants, seeds can also be divided into eight groups and related to Eight Energies (Eight Ki). For example, a group of seeds relating to the category of Wind energy consists of seeds green in color, long in shape, and sour in taste. They can be used for improving the work of the liver, gallbladder, joints, muscles, and bowel movement stimulation (for example, in constipation). A group of seeds relating to the category of Heat energy are applied for normalizing the heart, small intestine, and blood vessels, and can also be used for getting rid of viral diseases, cramps and spasms, and other diseases. Seeds that are red in color, oval in shape, and have a spicy taste fall under this category.

Besides applying scenes directly on the point of correspondence to achieve a maximum therapeutic effect, treatment can be carried out through two points, three points, in 5 steps, through energy points as well as according to direction.

Benefits of seed therapy: –

Seed therapy is an integral part of Sujok acupressure and has helped several people. When applied correctly, it has brought about miraculous results. It is a painless and pocket-friendly treatment that has no side effects. The best part about seed therapy is that each and every one can use it and gain from it.

I had a wonderful experience with seed therapy few years back. A 12yr old girl’s onesidetonsil gland was enlarged so much that only a small passage was visible, even drinking water was painful. Doctor suggested surgery. I put one kurth seed on its correspondence point along with a green dot in the other hand cp(main system). Next day the tolsil glad was back to its origin size. Seed therapy in amazing, its Neutro character makes it harmonise the problem without any side effect. Even at times if colour therapy doesn’t suit and problem gets aggravated, seed therapy brings harmony within few minutes. Mung seed has helped a patient to heal fracture of her leg within 15days, where doctor had suggested to keep the plaster on for a month atleast.
